At Babírrah, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to make your parenting journey easier. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an 18-month warranty on all of our products.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Warranty Period:
    All Babírrah products are covered by an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Coverage:
    This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge.
  3. Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.
    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Wear and tear from regular use (such as scratches, dents, or discoloration).
    • Products that have been improperly maintained or cleaned.
    • Failure to use Mama's Aid Freshacare Tablets in conjunction with the Mama's Aid 4-in-1 Bottle Washer. To be eligible for a warranty claim, it is required that the Mama's Aid Freshcare Tablets are used as instructed with the bottle washer. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
  4. How to Make a Warranty Claim:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@babirrah.com with a description of the issue, your proof of purchase, and confirmation that you have used the Mama's Aid Freshcare Tablets as part of the washing process.
    • If your product is covered by the warranty and meets all conditions, our team will assist you in arranging for a replacement.
  5. Replacement Process:
    If a product is determined to be defective, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value, depending on product availability.
  6. Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the defective product.
    • Babírrah will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

Please Note:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Any modifications or repairs done by unauthorised parties will void the warranty.
  • No refunds are offered; only product replacements are available under this warranty.
  • Use of Mama's Aid Freshcare Tablets in conjunction with the Mama's Aid 4-in-1 Bottle Washer is a mandatory condition for warranty claims.
